At JJ&R Construction, our foundation is built on real, hands-on experience in the home building industry. Starting at just 18 years old installing trim, the journey quickly expanded into framing, project management, and mastering the craft from the ground up.

From working in the field to managing jobs as a superintendent, every step has been shaped by practical knowledge and a deep understanding of how quality homes are built. That experience continues to guide every project we take on today.

After years of working alongside respected builders and leading a framing crew, stepping into general contracting was a natural progression. When the time came to move forward independently, it wasn’t hesitation, it was a decision to build something lasting.
